We're very excited to have you be a part of our retail collective, and hope that you can find all the information you need below. See a timeline of our opening, frequently asked questions, and a copy of our dealer contract. We look forward to working with you!

If you or someone you know are interested in becoming a dealer, please fill out the application form listed here on our website, message us on instagram, email us, or stop by the store to talk. We want to make the process as accessible as possible, as becoming a dealer can sometimes feel alien or daunting. Do whatever feels right to you!
Renovations:
​
We are currently neck deep in renovations to our building, working to complete an electrical overhaul and improve our air conditioning. We are painting, building walls, and mapping out our space so that we'll be ready for dealers as soon as possible.
Renovations will be done by the end of May.

Space Reservation:
​
Dealers interested in reserving a space at Crescent Moon Mercantile are welcome to stop by any Friday or Saturday in May from 10 am to 4 pm. If this time window does not work for you, please email, text, call, or message us on instagram, and we will find a time to meet with you in person.
Dealers can reserve spaces without contractual obligation, simply by picking their booth location in person and providing their full name and email address. We will affix your name to the space so that no other dealer can reserve it. In other words, you get dibs.
If you are unable to reserve a space in May, chances are that we will still have spaces unclaimed in June, and you are more than welcome to come and see what remains available. However, things move quickly, so if you're interested in becoming a dealer with us, we suggest that you email, text, call, or message us on instagram sometime in May to at least touch base and get a better understanding of how full the space is getting. We don't want anyone to miss out!

Move-in:
​
Dealers who commit to a space at Crescent Moon Mercantile will be able to access their booth and begin setting up during our standard business hours (10 am-6 pm Tuesday-Sunday) at the start of June.
The Dealer Contract must be signed before you begin working on your space, but your deposit (1 month of rent) will not be due until June 28th.

Opening:

The grand opening of Crescent Moon Mercantile will take place on the 4th of July, 2026. We can't wait to start servicing customers and see the community response to all your hard work!

FAQ
Where can I see the items I've sold?
- Crescent Moon Mercantile will operate using QUAIL POS, the newest and highest rated operating system for markets, antique malls, and retail collectives.
- Once you sign a dealer contract, a welcome email will be sent to the address provided, with in depth information about how to sign up and use QUAIL.
- QUAIL has a downloadable mobile app which allows dealers to see real-time updates about sold items, sales, commission, rent, payouts, and scheduling.
When do checks come out?
- Checks will be available on the 7th of every month, and need to be picked up in person at Crescent Moon Mercantile. Dealers can come in to collect their checks at any time during business hours from the 7th to the last day of every month.
- If you havent recieved a check and if you end the month in the negative as displayed on your QUAIL dashboard, rent is due by the 15th of every month, and must be paid to Crescent Moon Mercantile by check, cash, or card.
How do I resign from my booth?
- Dealers wishing to vacate their booths must provide 30-day written notice to Crescent Moon Mercantile, and their booth must be fully emptied and returned to the state in which it was found by the close of the 30th day.
- Your last month of sales will be given in full without rent being automatically deducted, as your deposit pays for your final month of rent.
